Our Promise to You

At Pursual, we build our optics to be used. We know that the best sightings don't happen from your living room—they happen in the wind, the rain, and the rugged outdoors. That’s why every set of Pursual optics is backed by our 10-Year Adventure-Proof Warranty.

If your optics develop a manufacturing fault or functional defect within 10 years of purchase, we will repair or replace them—no quibbles, no hassle.

What’s Covered?

We’ve kept it simple. Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, including:

  • Optical Alignment: If your lenses become misaligned due to a manufacturing fault.

  • Internal Fogging: If the waterproof seals fail and moisture gets inside the barrels.

  • Mechanical Failure: If the focus wheel or twist-up eyecups stop working as they should.

What’s Not Covered?

While we build our gear tough, the warranty doesn't cover:

  • Cosmetic Wear & Tear: Scratches on the rubber armour or body from regular use.

  • Accidental Damage: If you drop them off a cliff or they are chewed by the dog (though we’ll always try to help you with a repair if we can!).

  • Loss or Theft.

How to Make a Claim

Because we are based right here in the UK, you don’t have to ship your optics halfway across the world.

  1. Email us: Contact info@pursual.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  2. Expert Review: Our UK team will assess the problem.

  3. Resolution: We will either repair your pair or send you a brand-new replacement so you can get back to the wild.
